BARK N CAT cares about our environment and at times reuse shipping containers and/or packing materials.
All packaging is sound to provide safe delivery of your order.
Please recycle or reuse the packaging. 

BARK N CAT'S normal shipping days are Monday through Saturday when our carriers are in operation.

Due to our location we do not offer 2 day or overnight shipping on any items. 

We ship USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Some shipments might use a different carrier if needed.

Majority of shipments are within 2 business days though we say 1- 5 business days just in case there are delays. Some items may require additional time, such as custom items. You will be notified by BARK N CAT of the approximate shipping date.

Shipments during holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas as examples) or during and after natural disasters might have shipping delays beyond our control. BARK N CAT will send notification to the email address on the order in this event.

When an order is shipped a tracking number is generated and will be provided to the email address on the order. 

We currently offer shipping to the continental United States only (lower 48 states).
Alaska, Hawaii, and shipments to United States Territories may have higher shipping cost.
