How are your shipping cost determined?

Shipping cost are determined by the location of the warehouse shipping the item. All of our merchandise is shipped from US locations.

Why are items listed separately ie; size medium listed on a different page then a size large?

This happens as some suppliers do not allow variables, which is where like items with different colors or sizes are grouped. We are optimistic that these companies will change their formatting (Not holding our breath!) so we can make your shopping experience a better one.

is shipping determined by each item or the total weight?

Shipping is determined by the total orders weight at checkout. In some instances items are shipped separately or different carriers, you will not be charged more then the cost paid at checkout.

can I back order an item?

BARK N CAT currently does not back order merchandise.

Do you sell or share your mailing or members list?


Absolutely not.  BARK N CAT will never provided your mailing or membership information to any other entity for any reason.
